Shipping Shipping
is $7.50 per order regardless of the size of the order. Customers are encouraged to order everything they want in a single
order to avoid unnecessary shipping fees. We generally print and frame to order which can take several days. We are
typically able to ship within 1 week of receiving your payment and are happy to give you updates on the status whenever you
like.
Payment Methods
To purchase anything on this site please call us or send us an e-mail. We are a small private company
so it is still easiest for us to deal with each customer personally. We happily accept personal checks and all major
credit cards. We use PayPal to process credit card transactions and they are accordingly charged an additional 3% processing
fee.
Privacy Policy
We carefully protect the privacy of
your information. We will never sell your contact or financial information to anyone. We may occasionally send
you an offer for a special service, but you may request to be removed from this distribution list as well.
Return Policy
For portfolio items,
we will happily provide a 100% refund, including all shipping costs, if you carefully return an item within 2 weeks of when
you received it. It is your responsibility to adequately pack the artwork to prevent damage during return shipping.
Custom work produced for an individual customer is not returnable.

There are two exceptions:
1) The lower resolution versions of sports pictures that we load onto flickr.com may
be printed and copied without restrictions.
2) If you purchase a CD/DVD from Photo Impressions Gallery, this
entitles you to unlimited personal non-commercial use of the digital image(s) contained on the disk. Your disk will
contain a copyright release authorizing your printing and use of the images.
